Ya’ll we can’t even begin to tell you how much we have missed riding our bikes! The time that we share while riding bikes as a family is priceless to us! It had been far too long since we had ridden.
We have been asked recently by a few followers where the bike train videos have been. Yes, it is true we have not made a bike train video recently… SO we decided to share 3 of our reasons for taking a break from the bike trains.
If you missed our video this week, we finally got to visit the Colorado Railroad Museum! Our boys love trains of all kinds! So the Colorado Railroad Museum has been on our Colorado Adventure Bucket List since we moved here.
Something you hear us say OFTEN is adventures don’t have to be these big grand activities or trips! Many of our best adventures have been completely unplanned, and definitely are not grand!!
If you have been following our family for any length of time, you know that we LOVE the snow! The last few years winter have been a bit of a disappointment for us! So it has been amazing being back in Colorado for this winter this year! The snow has been wonderful!
10 Years?!? How has it been 10 years since we said our vows outside that little church in Lakewood? It is true what they say “The days are long, but the years are short!” Time has sure flown by!
Joshua is a ROCK STAR ya’ll!! He has been riding his bike Ralph really strong independently for a while, but we hadn’t felt like he was controlled enough for a bike path. We decided it was finally time to take Joshua on his 1st solo bike path ride
It was wonderful having time with family we rarely get to see!! Our trip was packed full of adventure! Lots of bike riding, a wedding, and tons of family activities at Snow Mountain Ranch!!
We are currently in Colorado for a some family gatherings! Kelli’s cousin is getting married this week!! Then we have a family reunion at the YMCA campground, Snow Mountain Ranch, following the wedding festivities! We are so excited to spend some time with family we don’t get to see very often!
This past week, we took our boys and our bike trains and the WeeHoo iGo 2 on their first single track bike trail! This is also the first single track that Kelli has ridden in about 5 years… The Bay Point Loop trail is a 4.3 mile loop around Harrison Bay in Harrison, TN.
