Unplanned Adventures, It’s What It Is All About!!
Something you hear us say OFTEN is adventures don’t have to be these big grand activities or trips! Many of our best adventures have been completely unplanned, and definitely are not grand!!
Because of everything going on with Jeremy and his back, we had allowed ourselves to get caught up in the “THIS SUCKS” mindset…. And quite honestly had stopped making plans for just about anything!! To be even more honest, we are not entirely sure we have shaken free of this… Taking the boys out spur of the moment to visit Red Rocks Amphitheater this weekend was a great reminder of how much we love getting out and being intentional with our boys… And how much we missed it!!!
So if you’re like us and need a reminder… DON’T LET YOURSELF STOP ADVENTURING!!! Life definitely does not always go as planned! And sometimes we have to allow ourselves to be flexible and make changes to our plans. You may not be able to go on that ski/ snowboard trip you have been dreaming about, but we encourage you to find something you CAN do! Get out there and get a healthy dose of vitamin D, your body and mind will thank you!! Don’t forget we are created to enjoy and be a part of the world God created for us!
While yes, of course we do still have those adventures that we have been planning for and dreaming of going on!! It is important to keep in mind; life is mostly filled with the small moments! These small moments can often turn into the best adventures!!
We are onto our next adventure….
Howdy! I realize this is sort of off-topic but I had to ask.
Does building a well-established blog such as yours take a lot of
work? I’m brand new to operating a blog but I do write in my journal on a daily
basis. I’d like to start a blog so I can share my own experience and feelings online.
While it does take some work to get it setup and started, keeping it up and maintaining it can take less time.
Everyone loves what you guys are up too.
Thanks, we are working hard towards our goal of being a full-time RV family!
